What should I do if the speaker cannot increase the volume or the sound is too low after connecting an Android phone?
This may be caused by the “Bluetooth volume sync” feature not being enabled on your phone. Please go to 【Settings】 -> 【Bluetooth】, find and enable “Bluetooth volume sync” (on some phones it may appear as “Absolute volume” or “Bluetooth volume coordination”). After enabling it, you will be able to use the speaker buttons to control the volume normally.

Reference for the location and name of “Bluetooth volume sync” on some Android brands:

- Huawei (HarmonyOS): Settings → StarFlash & Bluetooth → Paired devices → Device details (system settings) → Enable “Sync device volume with phone”.

- Xiaomi (HyperOS/MIUI): Settings → Bluetooth → Paired devices → Device details → Enable “Sync volume with this device”.

- OPPO (ColorOS): Settings → Bluetooth → Top right “More / ⋮” → Advanced settings → Enable “Media volume sync”.

What Should I Do If Bluetooth Cannot Connect?
Please ensure the speaker is powered on and in pairing mode, and that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. This product supports connection to only one mobile device at a time. If it is already connected to another device, please disconnect the existing connection before pairing again. If connection still fails, delete the existing pairing record and search for the device again.
How Do I Reconnect the Speaker to a Device?
After powering on, the speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last successfully paired device. If the connection fails (e.g., the device is out of range), it will enter pairing mode after about 8 seconds, allowing connection to a new device.
The Speaker Shows as Connected but Has No Sound.
Please check the volume on your playback device and ensure the correct audio output device is selected as this speaker.
Bluetooth Connection Is Unstable or Keeps Disconnecting.
It is recommended to use the device within 9 meters in an unobstructed environment. Avoid walls or metal objects blocking the signal. Keep at least 1 meter away from other wireless devices to reduce interference.
What Is the Bluetooth Name? Can It Be Changed?
The default Bluetooth name is SW-DSB1. It cannot be changed. Please search for SW-DSB1 in your device’s Bluetooth list to pair.
How Can I Achieve Better Sound Quality?
It is recommended to place the speaker: Approximately 0.6–1 meter from the listener, At least 10 cm away from walls, With the speaker facing the listening direction (within a deviation of no more than 10°), Avoid placing it on glass or metal surfaces. Using a cloth or pad underneath can reduce sound reflection and improve audio performance.
Why Does the Bass Sound Muffled or the Audio Quality Seem Poor?
This may be caused by surface reflection. It is recommended to change the placement position, place a cloth or anti-slip pad under the speaker, and avoid placing it close to walls or directly on metal surfaces.
Can the Speaker Be Placed Anywhere?
It is not recommended to place the speaker on wet, unstable, or uneven surfaces, as this may affect performance or damage the device.
Why Does the Speaker Automatically Turn Off?
When the speaker is not connected via Bluetooth and is not powered through USB, it will automatically shut down after approximately 10 minutes. This is a normal power-saving feature.
How Long Does It Take to Fully Charge the Battery?
Approximately 9 hours.
What Should I Do If the Device Cannot Charge or Charging Is Abnormal?
Please check whether the charging cable, power adapter, and interface are working properly, and ensure there is no dust or foreign objects in the port.
What Should I Do If the Speaker Cannot Pair with a Mobile Device?
You can delete the device from the mobile Bluetooth list and reconnect it. If necessary, clear the speaker’s pairing records and pair again.
What Should I Do If the Buttons Do Not Respond or Functions Malfunction?
It is recommended to restart the speaker (turn it off and on again) and try again.
Why Is the Audio Abnormal or Intermittent During Playback?
This may be caused by signal interference or excessive distance. Please move closer to the device and reduce interference sources.
How Should the Product Be Cleaned and Maintained?
The main plastic body and handle should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. The fabric parts should be cleaned with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or corrosive liquids (such as gasoline or acetone). Do not allow liquid to enter any openings to avoid damage to the product.
How Should the Battery Be Maintained?
To maintain optimal battery performance, it is recommended to complete a full charge–discharge cycle every 3 months. For long-term storage, keep the battery level around 30%.
Can the Prompt Sound Be Changed or Turned Off?
The prompt sound is a system default setting and currently cannot be changed or turned off.
How Do I Restore the Speaker to Factory Settings?
Please follow these steps: Turn on the speaker, then press and hold the [+] and [-] buttons simultaneously for about 6 seconds. When the indicator light turns off and the device powers down automatically, the reset is complete. Press the power button again to restart the speaker. When you hear the “Ready to pair” prompt, the reset is finished.
What Happens After Resetting the Speaker?
After restoring factory settings, all previously paired mobile devices will be cleared. The speaker will return to its initial state (as if used for the first time), and Bluetooth pairing will need to be performed again.
Why Can’t the Mobile Device Connect After Reset?
This is normal. Please follow these steps: Open your mobile device’s Bluetooth settings, find “SW-DSB1” in the device list, select “Remove Device,” then search again and re-pair the speaker.
When Should I Reset the Speaker?
It is recommended to reset the speaker in the following situations:

Unable to connect to Bluetooth normally

Abnormal connection or frequent disconnections

Switching playback devices (e.g., changing phones)

Unknown device malfunctions

How Can I Confirm the Speaker Has Been Successfully Reset?
A successful reset is indicated by the following: Press and hold the [+] and [-] buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds. The indicator light will turn off and the device will automatically shut down.
