To help you better understand and use this product, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions and answers. If you encounter any issues during use, please refer to the following information first.
What Type of Aroma Oil Can Be Used with This Product?
This product must be used with oil-based aroma oils (waterless aroma oils). Do not use water-based oils or oils/fragrances with high viscosity. It is recommended to use easily volatile, impurity-free, and non-sticky oil-based aroma oils, otherwise atomization performance may be affected or the device may be damaged.
Is It Normal If There Is No Visible Mist During Operation?
Yes, this is normal. The atomized particles produced by this product are extremely fine and may not be easily visible to the naked eye. If fragrance can be clearly detected, the device is generally operating normally. You may also check whether the aroma oil has been used up and whether the battery level is sufficient.
Can Aroma Oils Be Mixed with Water?
No. This product must only be used with oil-based aroma oils (waterless aroma oils). Mixing with water is strictly prohibited. Do not use water-based aroma oils, water-soluble fragrance liquids, or any incompatible liquids. Otherwise, it may cause abnormal mist output, reduced atomization performance, blockage of the nozzle or tube, or internal device damage.
How Long Does It Take to Fully Charge the Battery?
Approximately 6.5 hours.
Can This Product Be Used as a Medical Device?
No. This product is not a medical device or medical product and cannot replace medication, therapeutic products, or professional medical equipment.
Why Has the Fragrance Become Weaker?
Please first check whether the aroma oil has run out. If there is still enough oil but the fragrance becomes weaker, the issue may be related to the quality of the aroma oil. Please use oil-based aroma oils only, and avoid oils or fragrances containing water or with excessively high viscosity.
Why Is the Mist Output Reduced, Stopped, or Accompanied by Increased Noise?
The suction tube may be blocked. It is recommended to replace it with the spare tube included in the package. If the product has been tilted, laid sideways, or placed upside down for an extended period, aroma oil may flow back into the air pump, which can lead to reduced atomization efficiency, no mist output, loss of air pressure at the nozzle, or increased noise. In such cases, replacing the air pump is usually required to restore normal operation. Damage caused by improper handling, such as tipping or incorrect placement, is not considered a product quality issue and is not covered under warranty.
What Should I Do If the Atomization Is Uneven or Intermittent?
Possible causes include insufficient aroma oil, air bubbles in the suction tube, loose tubing connections, or slight blockage in the nozzle or tubing. It is recommended to check the oil level, remove air bubbles, ensure all connections are secure, and clean the nozzle and tubing regularly.
What Should I Do If the Fragrance Is Too Weak or Too Strong?
If the fragrance is too weak, possible causes include low atomization intensity, a large room size, strong ventilation, or unsuitable aroma oil. If the fragrance is too strong, the atomization intensity may be too high or the room too small. It is recommended to adjust the atomization level according to the space size and use suitable oil-based aroma oils.
Why Does the Product Spray Intermittently Instead of Continuously? Is This a Malfunction?
No, this is not a malfunction. It is a normal operating mode. This product uses intermittent atomization. Depending on the selected mode, it follows a programmed cycle of “atomization + pause.” Therefore, spraying for several seconds followed by a pause of several tens of seconds is completely normal.
What Is the Approximate Aroma Oil Consumption?
The estimated hourly oil consumption under different settings is as follows:
Level 1(High): approx. 0.125 ml/hour
Level 2(Medium): approx. 0.5 ml/hour
Level 3(Low): approx. 1.125 ml/hour
20 ml bottle of aroma oil can last approximately 160 hours at Level 1.
Note: The above values are based on laboratory testing conditions. Actual consumption may vary depending on environment, space size, and aroma oil quality.
Can the Device Be Tilted or Inverted During Use?
The product must be kept in a horizontal position during operation. Tilting, inverting, or placing it upside down is strictly prohibited. Otherwise, aroma oil may flow back into the air pump and internal components, causing abnormal mist output, increased noise, or even device damage. When the tilt angle exceeds 45°, the device will automatically stop. Once returned to an upright position, it will restart automatically after approximately 5 seconds.
Since the Product Has a Tip-Over Protection Feature, Can It Be Carried in a Bag?
No. The tip-over protection is only for accidental safety protection and does not mean the device can be carried while tilted or inverted for extended periods. If kept tilted or upside down for a long time, aroma oil may still slowly leak or flow back, potentially damaging the air pump, tubing, and other internal components. Therefore, do not carry the device in a bag with aroma oil installed. Before transporting, remove the oil bottle and wipe off any residual oil.
What Happens If the Aroma Oil Bottle Is Not Properly Tightened?
If the aroma oil bottle is not securely attached to the device, oil leakage may occur. The leaked oil may flow back into the air pump, damage the tubing, and result in poor atomization and increased noise. Always ensure the bottle is properly tightened, sealed, and free of looseness after installation.
Does This Product Support Other Sizes of Aroma Oil Bottles?
Only 20ml aroma oil bottles are supported. To ensure stability, sealing, and proper atomization, please use compatible 20ml bottles. Other sizes are not recommended, as they may cause unstable installation, leakage, abnormal mist output, or device damage. (Using non-standard bottles or those smaller than 20ml, such as 10ml, may cause misalignment between the nozzle and bottle, leading to failure of the spray head to eject.)
Note: When replacing the aroma oil bottle, always keep the device upright to avoid leakage or backflow into the unit.
How to Clean and Maintain the Product?
To maintain optimal performance and extend product lifespan, follow these guidelines: After 1–2 months of use, pour a small amount of alcohol into the aroma oil bottle and run the device for about 20 minutes for cleaning. If the suction tube is blocked, replace it with the spare tube provided. The main body is made of PP plastic. Clean it with a soft, damp cloth only. Do not use abrasive cleaners or corrosive liquids (such as gasoline or acetone). Do not allow liquid to enter any openings to avoid damage.
What Should I Do If There Is an Unpleasant Odor?
This is usually caused by residue in the nozzle, tubing, or internal pathways that has oxidized or deteriorated due to long-term lack of cleaning. Regular cleaning of the nozzle, suction tube, and related components is recommended.
How Should the Battery Be Maintained If the Product Is Not Used for a Long Time?
To maintain optimal battery performance, it is recommended to complete a full charge–discharge cycle every 3 months. For long-term storage, keep the battery level around 30%.
Why Does the Product Automatically Shut Off?
To prevent unintended long-term operation, the product will automatically shut off after 12 hours of continuous use when the timer indicator is on. This is a normal safety protection feature.
